This is a luxurious course that includes four appetizers, fresh fish carpaccio, and Tohoku ingredients and Wagyu beef sukiyaki or shabu-shabu. All-you-can-drink is available for an additional 2,500 yen (tax included).

・Akito offal stew

・Wakuya tofu and seasonal vegetables with Shiraae sauce

・Cold chawanmushi

・Seasonal fish carpaccio

・2 pieces of Wagyu beef sukiyaki (70g)

・Red shrimp baked with herbs and breadcrumbs
